Alive and Kicking

I am always fascinated and of course not surprised by clients who call me months after their divorce was resolved collaboratively on how well they are moving on with their life.  You can tell it in their voice , a bounce which wasn’t there when they originally came to see me.  They are so happy that everything was settled without anger, with dignity and the civility they desired and deserved.  Attached is a fabulous article Collaborative Law: The Kinder, Gentler Divorce by Anita Cutrer.  Therein lies a wonderful explanation of the collaborative process and why its preferred by so many as the choice of divorce.    Here are some of the questions people have when going through their divorce:

What you gonna do when things go wrong?, What you gonna do when it all cracks up?, What you gonna do when the love burns down?, What you gonna do when the flames go up?, Who is gonna come and turn the tide?,
What’s it gonna take to make a dream survive?, Who’s got the touch to calm the storm inside?, Who’s gonna save you?

Please call my office to find out more about how to divorce with dignity and understanding to ensure your life continues to be alive and kicking afterward.

This process works, this process is for you, this is Collaborative Divorce!
